
Paralegal/Legal Operations Analyst II

- Lead the evaluation and enhancement of legal policies, procedures, and systems
- Conduct in-depth research on legal and regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
- Manage the implementation and optimization of legal software solutions
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards on legal metrics, including contracting, budgeting, and operational efficiency
- Develop and update corporate governance documents and policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline legal processes
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Associate's Degree and typically 3 or more years of relevant experience
- Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Paralegal Certificate
- Experience utilizing research and analysis methods
- Familiarity with Legal Research Databases, e-billing systems such as Ascent DoE Legal
- Experience with legal research, analysis, and writing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to motivate/work with others
- Ability to organize projects/tasks and meet established deadlines
- Ability to work successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify and coordinate projects to ensure the required tools, processes, and training are available and effective
- Strong skills with Microsoft products including SharePoint, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Strong skills with Adobe
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Notary Commission
- Advanced knowledge of legal software and case management tools
- Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools
