8675 Business Analyst - Legal Technology

Hybrid: Houston

Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced, proactive Business Analyst to support our legal technology platforms, including DocuSign and Ironclad. 
• This role requires a self-starter who can drive process improvements, manage complex workflows, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize legal processes and contracting workflows.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements and user stories.
• Configure, test, and maintain CLM tools (primarily Ironclad) and related platforms.
• Manage DocuSign, specifically as an admin. 
• Provide training, support, and performance monitoring for legal technology solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Manage multiple initiatives in an Agile environment and groom backlog as needed.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in legal or contracting domains.
• Expertise with CLM tools (Ironclad), DocuSign, and process automation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., ADO).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The hiring range for this position is $66.00 to $76.00 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors.
