As a Legal Intern at our global consulting firm, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of in-house counsel work. You’ll assist with commercial contract reviews, corporate governance, litigation and disputes, employment law, and other legal matters handled by the Office of General Counsel. While the focus will be on U.S. legal issues, you’ll also have exposure to global matters. Reporting to the Senior Associate General Counsel in Boston, this hybrid role offers both in-person and remote work, with collaboration opportunities across our global Legal Team. Open to 1Ls, 2Ls, and 3Ls.

- Apply your educational experience to solve actual real-world business problems
- Conduct basic research and compile reports on operational and business management topics relevant to the firm
- Lead or support on various projects, many of which have exposure to senior leadership
- Help streamline and document operational processes to improve efficiency within the firm
- Assist with the day-to-day legal support activities, such as reviewing and drafting contracts
- Support analysis of contractual and other disputes as well as reviewing regulatory compliance requirements in specific areas
- Organize case files and legal documents and perform other administrative tasks
- Pursuing Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school – 1L, 2L or 3L.
- Interest in understanding life as in house lawyer/legal function
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills required
- Self-starter who is results-oriented and exhibits intellectual curiosity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc); Web proficiency
