This role is a full‑time, non‑exempt position providing administrative support to attorneys and professional staff across all practice groups in response to demand and may also include assisting the Office Services team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with the preparation and revision of documents and correspondence, proofreading for accuracy, maintaining paper and electronic files, supporting timekeeping and billing processes, scheduling meetings and tracking deadlines, coordinating travel arrangements, conducting basic research, assisting clients, and responding promptly while managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self‑starter who is eager to learn and grow in a professional setting. Prior experience in a professional office setting is helpful but not required. The successful candidate will be capable of producing high‑quality work in a timely and professional manner while providing exceptional client service and team support.
The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Applicants should be comfortable prioritizing tasks, managing competing deadlines, and working collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
