Employment Litigation Attorney - Plaintiff

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 3–5 years of law firm experience in pleadings, discovery, and motion practice.

• At least one year of experience drafting litigation documents.

• Hourly or monthly salary: To be determined.

• Bonus: To be determined.

• Discretionary year-end bonus after 12 months of employment.

• Weekly meeting with the CEO.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF tools, legal research platforms, and billing software.

• Familiarity with AI legal tools, litigation deadlines, calendaring, e-filing, and document management.

• Strong legal writing, research, organizational, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of California civil litigation procedures and deadlines.

• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, meet-and-confer letters, motions, oppositions, and replies.

• Prepare deposition outlines, subpoenas, privilege logs, exhibits, and mediation briefs.

• Conduct legal research and analyze discovery responses and document productions.

• Communicate with clients and assist with case intake in English and Spanish.

• Manage case files, deadlines, billing, e-filing, and document service.

• Coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings.

• Support attorneys at hearings and trials, remotely or on-site.

• Attend weekly meetings and perform other assigned duties.
