Job Description
Position Summary
Advise and represent UNO students in misdemeanor criminal and civil litigation. Responsibilities will include legal research, negotiation, resolving legal issues and court representation. Prepare and deliver educational presentations to UNO students on legal topics of importance to them.
Duties
Maintain office operations and procedures to ensure efficient functioning of the office and assist, as needed, in absence of Office Manager Answer the telephone Schedule appointments

Primarily M-F, 8-5; occasional evenings/weekend activities
