Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. This full-time, on-site role involves:

• Managing a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Representing clients in court proceedings, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Negotiating settlements and preparing cases for trial.
• Conducting depositions and responding to discovery requests.
• Drafting motions and conducting legal research.
• Gathering and analyzing evidence, including interviewing clients and witnesses.
• Advising clients on legal rights, claim liability, and relevant laws.
• Developing case strategies and presenting arguments effectively.
• Staying updated on legal developments through education and professional resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience required.
• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
• Strong trial experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
