Associate Attorney - Litigation (0 to 5 years experience)

We are seeking a New York State-licensed attorney to handle a varied litigation caseload, including Wills, Trusts & Estates Litigation, Plaintiff’s Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, and other civil litigation matters. The attorney will be involved in all aspects of litigation, including legal research and drafting, discovery, motion practice, court appearances, client communication, case preparation, and case management.
