Attorney – Commercial Litigation ( Full-Time ) Fort Lauderdale, FL - DK

Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial.

Conduct comprehensive legal research and factual investigations.

Draft sophisticated pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery documents, and other legal filings.

Take and defend depositions.

Assist with hearings, trials, and courtroom proceedings.

Manage multiple high-stakes matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and legal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.

Active Florida Bar License required.

Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Proven experience handling complex commercial litigation matters.

Excellent legal research, writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills.

Experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and transactional/legal documents.

Strong organizational and case management skills.

Ability to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Experience with multi-jurisdictional or international matters is a plus.

Experienced commercial litigator with demonstrated success managing complex cases.

Strong courtroom, writing, and advocacy skills.

Ability to independently handle sophisticated matters while working collaboratively with attorneys and clients.
