What This Job Will Do

As a Managing Director, you will oversee firm-wide litigation valuation strategy, manage high-profile litigation engagements, and lead business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives for litigation valuation services.
• Lead high-profile matrimonial litigation valuation engagements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and expert report defensibility.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to law firms, corporate clients, and private equity firms on litigation valuation matters.
• Manage and expand client relationships, securing new engagements and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Oversee firm-wide expert witness services, supporting legal teams in trial proceedings and dispute resolution.
  • Drive firm-wide revenue growth, ensuring financial performance targets are met.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of valuation professionals, from analysts to directors.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; MBA or JD preferred.
• Certifications: CFA, CPA, ASA, ABV, or CFE preferred.
• 15+ years in litigation valuation, expert witness services, or forensic accounting, with significant leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of business valuation, economic damages, and forensic investigations.
• Experience in expert witness testimony and legal financial dispute resolution.

• Proven ability to grow a litigation valuation practice, secure high-value clients, and develop new revenue streams.
• Strong C-suite relationship management skills with law firms, corporate clients, and litigation finance professionals.
