What we do every day, with each individual client, positively impacts them as they face some of their most difficult times. Making a difference drives every member of this team, and it is what makes us one of the preeminent firms in our industry.

We are a committed and cohesive group of professionals. We are growing fast and looking for people who aren’t afraid of a challenge or of going the extra mile – because our clients deserve it. If you’re looking for more than a daily grind where what you do matters, we’re looking  for you.

Currently, we are looking to add a Case Manager to our Pre-Litigation team to help develop and move pre-litigation cases to settlement or litigation under the supervision of the Pre-Litigation Attorney. This position requires that you be the voice and face of the firm, along with a high level of client interaction, making strong customer service skills vital to this role.

Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the client's primary point of contact for all questions and updates on the case.
  • Be the overall director of the case from start to finish.
  • Keep detailed notes of all case-related phone and email contacts as well as tasks performed.
  • Working directly with the Pre-Litigation Attorney to ensure the timely and appropriate progression of the client's case by collecting evidence, insurance, and/or assets for the case.
  • Ensuring all mail is reviewed, responded to, and/or brought to the attention of the Pre-Litigation Attorney.
  • Preparing demand packages for review and valuation, commencing the negotiation process, and ensuring the case is closed in the system upon final settlement.

Must-Haves

  • High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
