This position is eligible to telework on a part-time basis once the incumbent has gained the proficiency to perform work independently. However, regular, scheduled office hours are also required.
Here’s what you will do:
As the Litigation Scanning Coordinator, you will support the Administrative Services Division (ASD) Manager by managing the capture of all final litigation orders. Duties include:
Coding dismissed and withdrawn or other litigation
Maintaining the closed file records until destruction
Coordinating the destruction process and acting as a liaison between WCB, other DCBS divisions, and state agencies with regard to WCB final records

Here’s what you need to qualify:
Minimum Qualifications:
Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience that includes records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data
OR
An associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience with records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience
Requested Skills:
Working knowledge of KOFAX or a similar indexing software
Familiarity with NetCenter, WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT and OUTLOOK software applications
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills for both internal and external customers
Ability to multi-task and prioritize well

Additional information:
Per the Pay Equity Law passed in 2017, a pay equity analysis will be conducted to determine what pay step the successful candidate will be offered. The analysis will be based on the relevant experience, education, training, and certifications documented in the application materials. On average, candidates new to state service will most likely be offered compensation in the lower to mid-level of the salary range.
The salary range listed is the non-PERS eligible rate. If you are already a participating PERS member or once you become PERS eligible after 6 months of employment, the salary range will increase by 6.95% and the required 6% employee retirement contribution will be deducted from your pay.
