We are seeking a US-barred lawyer who is a true problem-solver, one who possesses the trait to go beyond simply issue spotting. Someone with instinctively good judgment and impeccable integrity. This position is junior level, but not entry level.
As a member of Oracle's Supply Chain Legal Team, you will work reciprocally and creatively to provide effective and efficient legal support for Oracle’s hardware supply chain throughout the hardware product/infrastructure lifecycle, including complex multi-tiered development, software and hardware licensing, manufacturing, support and logistics transactions, global business operations, and supply chain-related regulatory and corporate social responsibility compliance. Experience and Skills We Seek:
- At least 1 year of experience with inbound commercial transactions and programmatic support relating to hardware IP, technology and manufacturing issues, and cross-border, multi-tier supply chain models.
- JD with US Bar
- Ability to travel internationally (infrequently)

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $159,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
