Job Description
CORE OBJECTIVE:
The Personal Injury Team Lead is responsible for the success, training, support and coaching of the case managers. They work hand-in-hand with the Team Members designated to address issues timely. The position ensures cases are moving according to acceptable firm standards.
DIRECT SUPERVISOR: Personal Injury Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Team Management
Objectives:
1. Train new Team Members in department specific tasks
2. Develop training curriculum with PI Management and Learning and Development
3. Resolve logistical/technology issues 4. Monitor key performance indicators for team
Objectives: File Movement
1. Client Contacting to firm standards
2. Liability is resolved in a timely manger
3. Clients medical management completed to firm standards
4. DP’s are moved timely 5. PSS’s are moved timely Internal Communication & Meetings
Objectives:
1. Meetings with Designated Team
2. Meeting with PI Manager – As needed
Requirements:
- Must be a active Rob Levine Law employee.
- At least 1 year preferably 2 years of experience as a Back End Case Manager.
