(Job Summary)
Turnberry is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk – Legal Intern to support our in-house legal team. This is a hands-on opportunity for a law student to gain meaningful exposure to a broad range of legal matters, including litigation, corporate governance, and employment law. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills.
What You Do:
(Duties/Responsibilities)
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on matters related to litigation, corporate transactions, and employment compliance
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, correspondence, and internal reports
- Support ongoing litigation, including document review, discovery coordination, and case management
- Assist with contract review and management, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and internal policies
- Monitor regulatory and legal developments relevant to company operations
- Help prepare materials for internal investigations or employment-related matters
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards

What You Bring to the Table:
(Requirements)
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school (1L, 2L, or 3L)
- Strong academic record with an interest in litigation, corporate law, and/or employment law
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to Corporate Office.
- Demonstrates dependability when following instructions, responding to management direction, and completing tasks in a timely manner or notifying appropriate person with an alternate plan.
