Job Description
Corrections professionals who foster a humane and secure environment and ensure public safety by preparing individuals for successful reentry into our communities.
Duties Serves as the Deputy Administrator of the branch and assist the Administrator, Community Reentry Affairs Branch in the development and monitoring of assessment, skills building and reentry strategies in the BOP institutions and contract facilities and coordination of efforts to implement reentry skill development initiatives across BOP divisions. Coordinate with the Training and Staff Development section in the development of institutional, probationary, in-service, and mandatory training programs and evaluation of the adequacy of such training.< br> Responsible for developing strategies to provide oversight, direction, training, monitoring for the institution and regional Reentry Affairs Coordinators at all BOP locations and to measure the effectiveness of their efforts. Develops assessment, skills building and reentry strategies and services for federal offenders. Salary- $143,913 - $187,093/year
