Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney

EDG, LLP is seeking Workers' Compensation Defense Attorneys with 1-15 years of experience. California Bar Admission required.

 

Requirements:

• Experience handling all phases of workers' compensation litigation, including pretrial motions, depositions, expert witnesses, and trial preparation as necessary.
• Must possess analytical, legal research, and writing skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritize client matters, and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed
