First Party Property Associate Attorney<\/b>

Our client is a growing law firm<\/b> specializing in property damage insurance claims, business litigation disputes, and personal injury matters<\/b>.

We have an immediate opening<\/b> for a First Party Property Associate Attorney<\/b> with 3\-5 years of experience<\/b> to join our dynamic team!
<\/p>Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/h3>

• Collaborate with lead attorneys and support staff
  <\/li>
• Interview clients and expert witnesses
  <\/li>
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and appellate briefs
  <\/li>
• Investigate and respond to litigation discovery requests
  <\/li>
• Assist in all phases of case preparation, including discovery and trial
  <\/li>
• Provide trial support and attend court proceedings as needed
  <\/li>
• Handle confidential and sensitive legal matters with professionalism
  <\/li>
• Travel throughout Louisiana as required
  <\/li> <\/ul>

  • Strong legal research and writing abilities
    <\/li>
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    <\/li>
  • Effective problem\-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for litigation representation

    Experience & Qualifications:<\/b>
    <\/h3>

    • Active Louisiana Bar License in Good Standing<\/b>
      <\/li>
    • J.D. degree from an accredited law school<\/b>
      <\/li>
    • 3+ years of experience<\/b> in first\-party property damage insurance claims (Plaintiff\-side preferred).
      <\/li> <\/ul>
