Workers Compensation Associate Attorney - Job Description
At Nyman Turkish, we pride ourselves on being a “full-service” nationally recognized law firm specializing in Social Security Disability and Workers’ Compensation, with over 45 years of experience. Currently, we are seeking friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As a national leader in these fields, Nyman Turkish has helped thousands of claimants recover tens of millions of dollars in Social Security Disability & Workers’ Compensation benefits. Led by highly regarded civil rights specialist, Jason M. Turkish, Jessica Turkish, Melissa Nyman, and Spencer Nyman, and Workers’ Compensation specialist Brant Bruner, Esq., Nyman Turkish offers unmatched representation for individuals with disabilities and / or who have experienced discrimination. We pride ourselves on providing personalized and efficient representation at every step of the process. Although we are a national firm, our structure and workflow allows us to provide clients with personalized “boutique” representation typically only seen in small firms.
Our California workers’ department is the fastest growing department in the firm, and as such, associates will have opportunities for future growth within the firm. We are looking for attorneys who want a career, not just a job. Our workers’ compensation case pipeline is a truly unique resource, as most of our clients are unable to return to the open labor market. Moreover, our firm structure & system is designed to provide our attorneys with every opportunity to succeed from day one.
All our workers’ compensation attorneys have a complete team of experienced support staff, comprised of an experienced case-managing paralegal and a legal assistant, at minimum. This team-based structure with a minimum of 3 individuals allows the attorney to focus on the most important aspects of the individual cases, and caseload as a whole, to ensure all cases are being reviewed on a regular basis and progressing towards resolution in an appropriate manner, while simultaneously providing consistent open lines of communication with the client.
Additionally, Nyman Turkish is on the leading edge of implementing the latest & greatest technological advances into our day-to-day legal practice. Our customized case management system was built specifically for California workers’ compensation cases and utilizes A.I. & other recent advances in tech to maximize efficiency & results, while simultaneously reducing & eliminating busywork & inefficient practices.
In sum, if you are passionate about advocating for individuals with disabilities and want to make a difference in truly changing the lives of others for the better, alongside an experienced team who has nearly perfected litigating this specialized niche pipeline of cases, then we invite you to join our team at Nyman Turkish.
