The Revenue Manager Legal Liaison will be responsible for management over the legal cases and legal referral for Accounts Receivables. Revenue Manager Legal Liaison will also manage the high balance cases across the company. Will be responsible for vetting referrals, prior to bed offer, for pre-admission and long-term conversion to ensure there are no financial barriers. Will work closely with Central Admissions and Clinical Liaisons to review preliminary referrals. Run asset searches and draft promissory notes. Job duties will include but are not limited to:

• Liaison between Corporate Team and Facility Staff and outside council. 
• Researching and resolving inquiries and disputes 
• Addressing questions about invoices, payments, and account status. 
• Assisting with collections:
• Following up with residents/ families regarding overdue payments, potentially preparing and filing legal documents related to debt collection. 
• Drafting correspondence, motions, and other legal documents related to accounts receivable matters, promissory notes, run asset searches 
• Tracking and managing deadlines related to collections and legal proceedings. 
• Communicating with clients, outside counsel regarding accounts receivable matters. 
• Helping to prepare reports related to accounts receivable. 
• Analyzing data to identify trends and potential issues related to collections.
• Assisting with Internal audit to ensure follow up is occurring for all aspects of the collection of the legal account. 
• Oversee recommendations for legal or outsourced services. 

Qualifications

•           5- 10 Years Senior Living (nursing home, assisted living, independent living) experience required.

•           Required Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or similar. 

•           Point Click Care experience preferred

•           Ability to travel between states and overnight.
