We are a national network of experienced, high -level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on -demand support for both short -term and long -term legal projects for our client law firms.<\/span><\/span>

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated Florida -based Family Law Paralegal.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

<\/div>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 5+ hours per week.<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

<\/div>

Paralegal Requirements:
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

- 3+ years family law experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

- Mandatory Disclosures (PRIMARY need)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

- Excellent drafting skill sets<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

- Client -centric, can have empathetic conversations with clients going through hard times<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

- Well -organized and proven ability to meet deadlines<\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

- Self -starter and able to work independently<\/span>
<\/span>
<\/span>Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.<\/span><\/span><\/div>
