International Law Firm, with this location in Palo Alto, CA seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join the Litigation team. This position entails working in a variety of Complex matters including some Intellectual Property cases, from inception to trial working closely with the Litigation Attorneys. IP experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
General Job Duties:
· Assist with drafting discovery and correspondence
· Perform research and write summaries
· Bluebook, cite check and proofread court filings
· Prepare deposition notices, gather and organize exhibits
· E-filing in both State and Federal Courts
· Assist in trial preparation and attend
· Coordinate, gather and organize documents and maintain the client files
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 5 plus years of Complex Litigation Paralegal Experience
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Detail oriented and able to multi-task
· Handle Confidential information discreetly
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel
This firm offers a competitive salary $125-166K, DOE, and has an excellent benefits program.
