We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join
our dynamic legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for
providing comprehensive legal support to our attorneys as they handle a wide variety of
personal injury cases, from inception to resolution.
In this role, you will be expected to:
 Assist with drafting and filing legal documents, including complaints, motions,
and discovery requests
 Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations related to personal injury
cases
 Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining case documents,
evidence, and correspondence
 Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to the case
 Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
 Review and analyze medical records and other evidence to assist with case
preparation and evaluation
 Work collaboratively with the legal team to develop and implement case
strategies
