Role Description
This candidate will support our attorneys in delivering exceptional client service and strong case results. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and ready to take ownership of cases from intake through settlement preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pre-litigation case files: Track deadlines, maintain organized records, and ensure all documents are complete and up to date.
- Communicate with clients: Provide regular updates, gather information, and help clients feel supported throughout their case.
- Draft and prepare legal documents: Demand letters, medical summaries, correspondence, and settlement packages.
- Request and review medical records: Organize treatment timelines and identify missing documentation.
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters: Submit demands, follow up on negotiations, and assist attorneys with settlement strategy.
- Support attorneys: Prepare case summaries, organize evidence, and assist with case evaluations.
- Additional tasks that may be requested by the attorneys and/or administration.
Qualified applicants must have 3 years of experience. Knowledge of the Needles case management system is a plus.

Salary- $55,000 - $80,000/year
