The firm focuses exclusively on family law and is known for delivering strategic and compassionate representation in divorce, custody, support, and related matters.

Position Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of family law matters from start to finish
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide strategic legal advice
• Collaborate with paralegals and fellow attorneys across the firm’s offices
• Ensure proper case documentation and timekeeping

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and licensed to practice in Texas
• Minimum 2 years of experience in family law
• Strong courtroom, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
• Client-focused, detail-oriented, and organized
