Rodriguez Law Firm is seeking a Pre-Litigation Supervising Attorney to join our dynamic and growing team remotely. This opportunity is ideal for U.S.-licensed attorneys residing abroad who want to work remotely with a leading personal injury firm in the United States.
Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 (depending on location)

Key Responsibilities:- Supervision & Management: Oversee and manage a team of paralegals, ensuring seamless case progression and high-quality legal support.
- Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of personal injury cases from intake to settlement, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
- Demand Preparation: Draft and send demand letters with a goal of 20 per month, prioritizing accuracy and timeliness to drive case outcomes.
- Legal Strategy Development: Conduct research and craft effective legal strategies aimed at generating a monthly target of $150,000 in attorney fees.
- Client Advocacy: Represent clients in negotiations and vet potential clients to ensure strong case viability.
- Legal Documentation: Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
- Workflow Efficiency: Ensure demands are prepared and sent within five days of case readiness.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state (preferably Maryland and/or Virginia, but other state licenses may be considered).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law.
- Strong working knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a client-centered approach.
- Proven ability to independently manage a caseload while meeting key performance goals.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
