About the role


The Regional Supervising Attorney leads and manages a team of immigration attorneys within a defined region to ensure consistent, high-quality legal services aligned with national standards. Reporting to the National Supervising Attorney, this role blends legal acumen with team leadership and operational oversight to support firm-wide excellence. It exists to mentor attorneys, enhance client representation, and uphold the firm's mission-driven commitment to professional development and immigration advocacy.


What you'll do

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a regional attorney team, promoting high-performance and client focus.
  • Oversee legal work on complex immigration cases, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Manage operations including case workflows, deadlines, and team productivity within the assigned region.
  • Support client service by guiding effective communication and stepping in on key matters.
  • Collaborate with the National Supervising Attorney and other firm leadership to align on training, strategy, and best practices.
  • Travel regionally to develop staff, monitor performance, improve service delivery, and attend USCIS interviews and client meetings when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience practicing immigration law.
  • Documented experience with USCIS interviews and/or Immigration Court proceedings.
  • Prior experience supervising, managing or mentoring attorneys is strongly preferred.
  • Strong mentorship and personnel development skills.
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and proficient in remote work tools and legal software platforms.
  • If located near a Lisinski Law Firm office (within a 60 miles radius) it will be a requirement to work in office
  • If working remote currently but an office is being built within that 60 miles radius of your residence, 30 days within the opening of that building it will be an expectation to work from the office
