Attorney - Family Law

A well-established law firm with multiple locations around California is looking to add an experienced family law attorney based out of their Los Angeles office. The firm is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality legal representation in family law matters. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in family law and be a self-starter.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of family law matters, including divorce, custody disputes, support, and domestic violence cases
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Appear in court for hearings, settlement conferences, and trials
• Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively on behalf of clients
• Maintain detailed and organized case files and client communications
• Collaborate with legal support staff and other attorneys within the firm
• Manage a reasonable caseload with an emphasis on quality over quantity

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active California Bar license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law or civil litigation
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence
