Professional Liability Attorney

Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking a motivated attorney with a minimum of two (2) years of litigation experience to join our Professional Liability Group in our Hackensack, NJ office. Candidates with experience in professional liability (non-medical) and employment practices liability matters are strongly preferred.   Position Highlights: Join a collegial, fast-paced team handling complex litigation matters Hybrid work schedule: minimum 3 days in-office, 2 days remote Competitive compensation and benefits package   Qualifications: Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required) Admission to the New York Bar (preferred) Strong legal research and writing skills Experience managing discovery, including document review and drafting responses Proven ability to draft and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions (preferred)   Compensation: Annualized salary range: $125,000 – $175,000 Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and other job-related factors permitted by law   Rivkin Radler LLP is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
