Position Summary: This attorney position is a Civil Litigator in the Civil Enforcement Bureau within the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit in Tallahassee or Miami, Florida. The Pay: $98,262.06 Annually. Qualifications: NOTE: Effective 6/13/2011 Effective immediately, the OAG has modified its policy on assessing the level of work experience necessary to meet the minimum requirements for assistant attorney general and above. Applicants with certified legal intern experience will be credited on a month to month basis toward meeting the minimum experience requirement. Those with other legal intern experience will be credited on a month to month basis, up to a maximum of 3 months.
