JOB OVERVIEW:
Under general supervision of the County Attorney’s Office Manager, performs legal secretarial duties relating to the management of digital information.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Downloads and organizes audio/video and other digital information from police agencies and uploads that information into a secure online storage platform for discovery.
Enters information about the case into a case management system and the online storage platform.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Education: Graduation from high school and one (1) year of college level course work in secretarial training
Experience: None
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA):
Knowledge of: Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures, grammar, spelling and punctuation. Working knowledge of legal terminology and procedures, court systems and documents.
Skills and Abilities to: Skill in typing), operating modern office equipment including (but not limited to) a multi-line telephone, operating computer equipment and applicable software. Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react resourcefully under varying conditions, maintain accurate records and strict confidentiality of information and records, follow written and oral instructions, communicate effectively (orally and in writing), establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, other employees, other agencies and the general public.
