Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Assist attorneys with client communications and case management.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client files and documentation.
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and government agencies.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth workflow and excellent client service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in estate planning (required).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with legal software and document management systems.
