Practice Summary:

Our Litigation Department comprises over 600 litigators across 36 offices in the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia. This global platform allows us to effectively meet the needs of both domestic and international clients, with a refined practice tailored to serve the unique industry and jurisdictional requirements of our diverse clientele.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of litigation experience in Colorado and be prepared to handle complex matters in both federal and state courts. Candidates should have a strong familiarity with relevant federal, state, and local rules, along with motivation and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key qualifications include:

• Diligence and high energy, with a proactive approach.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.
• Experience with taking depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and interfacing with clients and opposing counsel.
• General litigation skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Compensation:

The annual salary range for this position is $185,000 to $205,000, with actual pay adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
