Position OverviewThe University of New Mexico (UNM) Foundation seeks a highly organized and skilled professional to support our Human Resources and Legal teams as an Administrative Coordinator. This role involves managing calendars, coordinating HR communications, organizing employee and committee meetings, overseeing the Wellness Program, helping to manage facilities, greeting guests, answering the main phone line, and running occasional UNM Foundation errands. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic and collaborative team committed to supporting New Mexico's flagship university.

Qualifications (Required)- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Qualifications ( Preferred)
Two years of related administrative experience, human resources experience, and/or a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Compensation- Salary Range $41,000 - $48,000 (Non-Exempt/Hourly)
The final salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and geographic salary differentials.
