Tenstorrent is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel to perform legal support for engineering and sales functions across the company. This role partners closely with leadership and teams like Engineering, Product, and Sales to manage risk, ensure compliance, and drive commercial success.
This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA

Who You Are- Experienced legal professional with a JD and California bar membership.
- Skilled negotiator with strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Comfortable advising a wide range of teams, including specifically on technical matters.
- Willing to participate in the challenge and pace of a mature start up.
- An ability to provide clear, practical legal advice across engineering, primarily to sales and BU functions.
- An ability to draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of complex agreements under time pressure.
- Experience with strategic technical and commercial partnerships.
- Willingness to support Tenstorrent’s information sharing protections across a range of counterparties in a complex ecosystem.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
