Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Leads advanced litigation administration activities for complex bodily injury claims with primary responsibility for deposition preparation, deposition coordination, litigation readiness, settlement support, and claim closure activities. Serves as a subject matter expert for litigation processes and provides guidance on case administration best practices.
- Determine litigation readiness and identify deficiencies that require action.
- Prioritize workloads and direct case administration strategies across a portfolio of complex claims.
- Advise claims leadership and adjusters regarding discovery compliance risks, litigation process issues, and procedural requirements.
- Select vendors, scheduling strategies, document management approaches, and workflow prioritization.
- Resolve complex administrative issues that could affect claim outcomes, litigation timelines, or legal spend.
- Develop and implement litigation administration procedures, controls, and best practices.
- Review litigation activities and recommend operational improvements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for adjusters, counsel, and leadership.
- Evaluate processes for improvement and work with appropriate departments within KNX to standardize and implement change.
- Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
- 6+ years experience providing litigation support and correspondence preparation in a claims organization and/or law firm required.
- Knowledge of transportation industry required.
- Must be well-versed in legal research and investigations.
- Must possess exceptional communication skills.
- Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and work well in high pressure environments.
- Must possess strong problem solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
