The typical work schedule in our office is Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm however, there may be opportunities for travel.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for fully understanding the needs of clients assigned to you. You will build and maintain relationships with various clients, ranging in size, and serve as a Liaison between PBFCM and our clients. You will spend your day providing solutions for the Firm and our clients while working with several internal departments to develop strategies that will meet our client's standards. Other duties will include:
- Communicate effectively and timely with clients
- Meet with Executives to discuss client progress, goals and identify key opportunities to enhance growth
- Attend training sessions and/or conferences
- Hold virtual and in-person meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of various software (loading and verifying client data into our systems from various internal and external platforms)
- Research data for reporting purposes
- Clerical work for clients
- Perform data analytical tasks
- Manage key account metrics and reporting
- Report and record all activities in a web-based CRM system
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Experience can be substituted for degree
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in other sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication/presentation skills
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Organization and time-management skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Additional education, training or experience in a law office, collections environment, or tax office is a plus!
