Work Location:

You must be a legal resident of and currently reside in either Colombia, Argentina or Mexico to be eligible for this role. This role is 100% remote, with regular requirements for virtual meetings and trainings. The schedule for this job is Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm US Pacific time, with paid holidays, time off, and sick time.

Requirements:

· English fluency, able to read, write and speak with complete ease and near perfection

· This position is work from home and requires you to have reliable high-speed internet and a reliable computer

· Ability to work California hours and United States holidays (you will receive paid time off for U.S. Holidays but will need to work during local holidays).

Relevant experience in customer service of phone reception is required. Experience in a legal setting is preferred, but not required.

This position deals with people going through lawsuits due to injury from work - empathy and caring for your fellow human beings is essential to the success of the position. Must be accountable, responsible and take ownership over their work and the quality of their work. Must be willing to learn new things - or old things in a new way.

The basic job duties of the position are as follows:

· Answering a VOIP phone system for a US law firm in English and Spanish

· Excellent customer service skills and professionalism

· Forwarding phone calls

· Communicating with team members and coworkers using Teams and Office 365

· Scheduling online appointments and recording messages

· Drafting emails

· Assisting with entry-level legal assistant work when not on phones

Our receptionists spend most of their day on the phones and interacting with clients, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and court personnel. The time that you’re not on the phone you’ll be assigned entry-level legal tasks to complete.

This is an entry-level position at our firm, we prioritize promotion from within the company and this position allows for promotion into several positions in different departments at our company.

You must be reliable, punctual, have a great attitude and able to start in the next two weeks.
