The Privacy and Data Security Unit within the Consumer Fraud Bureau researches and investigates privacy, technology, and data security related issues and brings enforcement actions where appropriate.  The Unit also provides internal support to the Office and Chief Privacy Officer concerning the development and implementation of privacy and data security measures to protect the sensitive information the Office of the Attorney General receives and maintains.
