Job Description

DMCA, LLP, a full-service, award-winning immigration law firm, is seeking a qualified Full-Time Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team in San Antonio, TX.

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What You'll Do (Key Administrative and Operational Duties)

You'll be essential in providing precise administrative support, ensuring the smooth flow of documents, and maintaining organized case files:

  • Timely preparation and processing of all correspondence to clients and agencies, including mailouts via USPS, FedEx, and DHL.

  • File and distribute confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism.

  • File maintenance: high-volume scanning, copying, organizing, and maintaining the integrity of electronic and physical client documents.

  • Receive and accurately distribute case evidence and documents dropped off or mailed in by clients.

  • Utilize case management systems to update and extract critical client information and status updates.

  • Prepare correspondence and other documents as needed to support the legal team.

  • Takes on additional administrative responsibilities as needed to ensure team objectives are met.

Requirements

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional ready to jump in:

  • Excellent bilingual (English/Spanish) communication and interpersonal skills (required; applicants will be tested for proficiency).

  • High school education or equivalent (College degree preferred).

  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Proficient with standard office technology, including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
