Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
What You'll Do (Key Administrative and Operational Duties)You'll be essential in providing precise administrative support, ensuring the smooth flow of documents, and maintaining organized case files:

Timely preparation and processing of all correspondence to clients and agencies, including mailouts via USPS, FedEx, and DHL.

File and distribute confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism.

File maintenance: high-volume scanning, copying, organizing, and maintaining the integrity of electronic and physical client documents.

Receive and accurately distribute case evidence and documents dropped off or mailed in by clients.

Utilize case management systems to update and extract critical client information and status updates.

Prepare correspondence and other documents as needed to support the legal team.

Takes on additional administrative responsibilities as needed to ensure team objectives are met.
