RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drafts contracts on behalf of the company, including all required business and legal terms.
  • Reviews and edits counterparty contracts to ensure the terms meet the company’s business and legal requirements.
  • Collaborates with internal business partners to complete all contract requests, which include customer contracts, consultant contracts, non-disclosure contracts, service contracts, and supply contracts.
  • Analyzes and interprets contract provisions for internal business partners and makes recommendations.
  • Manages prioritization of all contract requests according to business priority.
  • Evaluates and advises on legal issues and questions that arise from internal business partners.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

  • J.D. degree from accredited law school

Experience

  • 0-4 years of transactional experience in a corporate in-house environment

Certification

  • Admitted to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction

Skills
