The Workplace Experience Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Workplace Experience team. This role will be responsible for being an essential member of a team of customer-focused professionals dedicated to delivering a best-in-class experience for both internal and external clients of the firm, whether remote or in-person. This role will be located in our New York office.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Cultivating genuine connections with clients, providing best-in-class service that is timely, accurate, and seamless, and consulting with clients to tailor requests and offering guidance in a poised manner
- Acting as a resource for Latham & Watkins employees regarding facilities operations, coordinating purchasing, maintenance, and inventory of office supplies and furniture, and liaising with property management and vendors
- Serving as a member of the Life Safety/Emergency team, ensuring health and safety protocols are followed, assisting with ergonomic evaluations, and recommending adjustments to equipment for end-users
- Utilizing and maintaining the integrity of databases and digital tools associated with service delivery and supporting data entry and report generation
- Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

And have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of two (2) years of workplace experience or related experience
