Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming calls, emails, and website inquiries during scheduled hours.
· Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather all necessary information for case evaluation.
· Empathize with prospective clients and provide excellent customer service.
· Accurately enter information into case management systems.
· Assist in scheduling consultations or signing up clients directly where appropriate.
· Follow firm protocols for escalating urgent matters to attorneys or management.
· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of experience handling personal injury intakes in a law firm setting.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
