Job Summary/General Purpose of Job We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Committees and Meetings Program Associate. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of the Litigation Section's committee activities, CLE meetings, and sponsorship and fundraising program. As the Committee and Meetings Program Associate, you will be responsible for the facilitation of the Section’s committees by maintaining accurate records of committee activities, managing volunteer needs and requests, and providing administrative support to the Committees Manager and high-level volunteers as needed. This position includes travel 2-3 times per year to meetings and conferences. On-site responsibilities include: managing registration, coordinating with sponsors and vendors, and providing general on-site support during the event. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Aside from the live events, you will be responsible for tracking meeting registration and sponsor/vendor deliverables as well as other work assigned by the Meetings Manager and Sponsorship and Fundraising Manager. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings Respond to volunteer and sponsor inquiries Prepare and distribute correspondence, marketing emails, and reports Assist with the preparation of presentations, documents, and other materials Process and review expense reports and invoices Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of sponsor and vendor requirements prior to and at in-person events Track and report on event registration, hotel rooming lists, sponsorship, and committee activity metrics Invoicing and tracking of sponsor commitments and payments, benefits, and registrations Manage on-site registration for events and provide administrative support for event preparation Required Education, Qualifications, Experience Possession of a high school diploma or GED and at least three years’ relevant professional experience. Prior experience working with programs or projects, preferably in an association or non-profit setting. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Familiarity with html-based email platforms, survey tools, and Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro is a plus
