Ansell is looking for a Legal Intern to join our team in MetroPark! Our Summer Internship Program will run on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our Iselin, NJ Corporate office from June through August.
In this position you will play a vital role in supporting Ansell’s lean and sophisticated US-based legal team in delivering high value, timely and cost-effective legal and compliance services to Ansell’s management.

What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Associate Director, Senior Counsel, you will have the opportunity to\:
Support the law department on transactional and litigation, matters throughout the Americas, as well as corporate affairs globally
Review, draft, and revise contracts, corporate policies and corporate minutes with guidance and supervision from Ansell’s in-house counsel
Assist with Americas corporate governance matters, including interacting with vendors and maintenance of Ansell’s corporate minutes books.
Assist the law department in adapting and integrating AI into its workflows, processes, and systems by conducting research on AI applications in the legal field, identifying opportunities for automation, and collaborating with team members to implement AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Assist with M&A, financings and other strategic transactions
Conduct research on regulatory and compliance matters impacting Ansell
Assist with the management of Ansell’s contract lifecycle management system and other legal operations projects
