Key Responsibilities:

• Handle civil litigation cases from inception through resolution.
  
• Conduct and defend depositions effectively.
  
• Draft and argue law and motion matters, including dispositive motions and oppositions.
  
• Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery requests.
  
• Prepare case strategies, legal research, and write compelling legal briefs.
  
• Represent clients in court hearings and mediations.
  
• Assist with intellectual property and criminal defense matters as needed.
  

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in California.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience.
  
• Strong deposition experience and ability to think on your feet.
  
• Excellent legal writing and research skills.
  
• Experience with law and motion practice.
  
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and work both independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail.
