- JOB DESCRIPTION
This role requires a solid understanding of judgment team processes and is expected to work on exceptions generated during the course of production, along with special projects. The role is expected to collaborate across multiple departments and/or use their deep process knowledge to find solutions with minimal guidance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor judgment team processes and ensure that fallouts are worked appropriately and timely.
Review complex clean ups and find solutions with minimal guidance.
Work with leadership in identifying process improvement opportunities, open LCOE tickets, and conduct UAT as necessary.
Review attorney and production backlog and find key themes driving the backlog and recommend solutions.
Own and keep the process documentation up to date.
Review rejections on judgment team processes, find the root cause, recommend, and implement solutions.
Be an SME of their state/processes and become the point of contact for queries.
Learn and train new processes to band 3s.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Associate's FIELD OF STUDY: Business
EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years’ experience working on ILMS production
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
- Demonstrated mastery of ILMS screens and Prejudgment processes
- Ability to read workflow program documents
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- Interpersonal skills to work closely with a team and flexibility to take on new tasks
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Associate's
EXPERIENCE: 1 - 3 years’ experience in a project or process management role in a financial service-related field
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
- Ability to pull basic inventory reports, export to Excel and work pivot tables.
- Lean Six Sigma or related experience/certification preferred
