Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group in Atlanta. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside industry-leading attorneys on complex real estate transactions, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Georgia.
- 3–5 years of substantive experience handling real estate transactions.
- Proven ability to negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements, loan agreements, and closing documents.
- Experience managing acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial financing transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proactive and team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent lenders, borrowers, investors, and developers in a wide range of real estate transactions.
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and other transaction-related contracts.
- Oversee due diligence, title and survey review, and risk assessment for acquisitions and dispositions.
- Coordinate and close complex real estate and commercial finance transactions.
- Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to structure deals that align with business objectives.
- Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from initial structuring through closing.
