Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting a Paralegal for our Lake Mary, FL office.

This a full-time, In-office, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM, in-office.

What You'll Do:

• Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team, including document preparation, filing, and general office tasks.
• Drafting settlement documents, e-filing, submitting settlement offer for client approval.
• Frequent written communication via Email with Opposing Counsel and Clients
• Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Paralegal Certificate or associate's degree (preferred).
• Prior law firm experience - required
• Basic knowledge of civil litigation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal management software (i.e. JST preferred)
