A highly regarded legal team is seeking an associate with 1-5 years of experience to join its Finance & Restructuring practice in Delaware. This role offers the opportunity to work on a mix of bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters, representing clients in complex financial restructurings and dispute resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle a range of bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters
- Represent clients in financial restructurings, insolvency proceedings, and litigation
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery
- Engage in courtroom advocacy and motion practice
- Work closely with clients, partners, and legal teams on case strategy and resolution
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- 1-5 years of experience in litigation and/or bankruptcy matters
- Admission to the Delaware Bar
- Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Competitive salary ($205,000 - $275,000) based on experience
